Ukraine Humanitarian Relief: Eta Lambda Sigma and Russian Club Krispy Kreme Doughnut Sale

Support the Ukrainian Red Cross by purchasing Krispy Kreme doughnuts for $1 apiece at The Compass from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. March 15 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 16. The event will be sponsored by Eta Lambda Sigma Professional Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Fraternity in partnership with the VCU Russian Club. All proceeds will go to humanitarian causes to support injured and displaced Ukrainian civilians.

Parent/Child and Preschool 1-3 Swim Lessons will be offered this spring at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center, 101 S. Linden St. Classes will be taught by certified water safety instructors. The mission of the Queerantine Archive Project is to compile, showcase and archive moments of LGBTQIA2S+ joy, resilience and pleasure during the COVID-19 pandemic. VCU Students Are Invited To Participate In Survey: Pet Accessibility and Stress Levels in VCU Students During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Seeking survey respondents to investigate the relationship between student stress levels and the presence of pets in the home. Graduate Clinical Social Work students are exploring the impact of pets as social supports on student stress levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey is designed to measure how access to pets (or lack of access) in the home during the school years of 2020-2022 has affected stress levels and feelings of loneliness in VCU students following the Covid-19 shutdown.
