Research Study on Two Stress-Reduction Programs

We are seeking to enroll participants for a research study on two stress-reduction programs. Participants will receive a 14-day smartphone-based stress-reduction course free of charge. Study includes a lab session before and after the stress-reduction course wherein participants will fill out brief surveys and complete several brief tasks during fNIRS neuroimaging.
