RamBikes Fix-a-Flat Workshop

RamBikes will host a Fix-a-Flat Workshop at 1106 W. Broad St. (near the intersection of Harrison and Broad streets) for bicycle riders of any skill level. Participants will get the experience of swapping out and patching a tube. Discover the difference between a flat caused by road debris and a flat caused by low air pressure.

'Afghanistan in Crisis'

16th Annual Women's Health Research Day

Recreation and Well-Being (RecWell) First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Course
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Course teaches participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries and heat and cold emergencies to help victims of any age. The blended format features a virtual experience in which participants will respond to real-world emergencies in preparation for the instructor-led classroom skill session. Sessions will be offered in April and May.

… Ready, SET, Health. Researchers at VCU are looking for young women interested in changing their diet and physical activity routine to enroll in a new study. Eligible participants will receive a free program designed to help them meet their goals for healthy living. The study requires two in-person data collection visits (one before the program and one after), but the entire four-month program is conducted completely online.
