Rammalogues Dialogue on the VCU Common Book at Massey Cancer Center
12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Rammalogues will host a discussion about the VCU Common Book, "The Organ Thieves: The Shocking Story of the First Heart Transplant in the Segregated South," at the Massey Cancer Center. Rammalogues is a facilitated discussion series that provides a braver and safer space to talk about social identity. the event will be held at the Goodwin Research Laboratory, 401 College St., Thalhimer Conference Room. VCU Leadership Development Program, 2022 Team Project Presentations

Join The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, a center in the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs, and the 2022 cohort of the VCU Leadership Development Program for their final team project presentations. Each year, participants work together to address an issue of importance to the university. The Alan T. Waterman Award is the U.S. National Science Foundation’s highest honor. The award recognizes an outstanding early career researcher in any field of science or engineering supported by the NSF. eServices Is Getting a New Look on Aug. 19
VCU's eServices will get a new look and feel for financial aid, student accounting, faculty services, student and personal information, finance, and human resources on Friday, Aug. 19. Updates will include: enhanced functionality that expands and supports VCU's Call Me By My Name initiative, including name of use on class lists for faculty; cleaner and easier navigation; and improved transparency of processes. Users may experience system downtimes between 6-7 pm on Aug. 19 as the upgrade occurs.
