Come engage with students, faculty and staff in an upcoming RAMmalogues session about ability and disability. Share your experience with neurodiversity, physical and mental disabilities or ways that you’ve come to understand ability and disability in our society. Bear witness to what others have to share in open dialogue. RAMmalogues is a space for intercultural, multigenerational and community-wide dialogues around who we are and what matters to us. Bike Maintenance 201 With RamBikes

RamBikes will host a Bike Maintenance 201 workshop at 1106 W. Broad St. (near the intersection of Broad and Harrison streets) for those with bike riding experience. As a follow-up to Bike Maintenance 101, this course will cover all minor adjustments that you can make at home. It will include brake adjustment and brake pad replacement, cable tension and an explanation of derailleur adjustments.

Intercultural Festival

The Intercultural Festival, a free event open to all students, will be held at the Ram Horns Plaza at the Commons. The first 500 students to attend will receive free vouchers for the food trucks. 2022 VCU Dance Spring Salon

Recreation and Well-Being (RecWell) Log Rolling Clinic
Learn how to log roll at the Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center. This is a free opportunity; no swimming skills are required. Trained instructors will teach participants how to stand and run on the log roller in shallow water. Participants should wear pool-appropriate swimwear/clothing. The final clinic of the semester will be held April 7 from 7:45-8:45 p.m.
