VCU's Department of English Master of Fine Arts Program in Creative Writing and its award-winning journal, Blackbird, will host the biannual Tarumoto Prize featuring 2022 winner Katarzyna Jakubiak and a special reading by author Amina Gautier. Power Hour utilizes strength and cardiovascular training over the course of six weeks to break through plateaus and provide maximum fitness benefits. Work out on specialty fitness equipment with a small group of no more than 12 participants.
