Share Your Memories of Franklin Street Gym
Franklin Street Gym, which was torn down in 2020 to make way for a new STEM facility on campus, opened in 1952. Seventy years later, two years after it was torn down and as a new building rises where it once stood, we reflect on a VCU landmark that predated the university itself. Share your favorite memories of the old Franklin Street Gym for possible inclusion in the new VCU Magazine.
