VCU Police Hold Fundraiser for Ukraine
VCU Police Ofc. Jacob Brush is collecting donations to help the nonprofit Lift Up Ukraine. Donation boxes are available until May 18 at VCU Police headquarters, 224 E. Broad St.; University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave.; and Jonah L. Larrick Student Center, 900 Turpin St. Donations may take the form of nonperishable food, thermal underwear, hygiene products (except sprays, perfumes or products containing alcohol), diapers, disposable tableware, first aid kits and other items listed on the boxes. Each box has a scannable QR code for those who wish to donate monetarily.

Spring 2022 Final Grades Due Today at Noon
Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon today, May 17, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative to meet this deadline to complete all end-of-the-semester processes. Faculty may choose to use the feature to upload grades from an Excel file into eServices. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned.

Patients With Painful Diabetic Neuropathy Are Invited To Participate in a Study of a Potential New Treatment
We are inviting male and female Type 2 diabetes patients with painful diabetic neuropathy ages 18-75 to participate in a research investigation of a new treatment to alleviate pain and examine its effects on pain perception. In addition to the new treatment, this study involves completing surveys and undergoing tests to evaluate perceptions of pain. Volunteers will be compensated for their time. Participants are only required to come once for the study. The study is conducted within the VCU Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Engineering Lab. Survey Assessing Aspects of Substance Use Disorder
Individuals over the age of 18 who have experiences with substance use disorders, including active users and those in recovery, are invited to participate in a preliminary research study. This study aims to assess the needs of the population who experiences SUD in order to better inform preclinical and clinical research done at VCU.
