West Broad Deck Subscribers To Relocate During Graduations
Upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking. From May 23-25, June 10 and June 14-16, all West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to the West Cary Street Deck, 1101 W. Cary St.; Jefferson Street Deck, 100 S. Jefferson St.; or Henry Street Decks (East/West), 200 and 201 Henry St.
A dedicated shuttle service will be provided by Parking and Transportation from May 23-25, June 10 and June 14-16 to transport subscribers to and from the West Cary Street Deck and Jefferson Street Deck. RamSafe shuttles will run on a continuous loop to and from the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Harrison and Franklin Streets, Franklin and Laurel Streets and Shafer and Franklin Streets from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Transportation requests outside of these hours can be made by placing a ride request through the RamSafe service at 828-SAFE (7233) or using the RamSafe mobile app.
Reciprocal parking will not be permitted on the West Broad Street Deck from May 23-25, June 10 and June 14-16. MCV Campus subscribers may park on the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck or Henry Street Decks (East/West).

NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Informational Session

VCU's National Scholarship Office will offer an informational session about the National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellowship Program in person (Room 1210, 701 W. Grace St.) and online. The program provides funding for up to three years of graduate study in non-medical STEM disciplines. Juniors, seniors and first-year grad students are encouraged to attend. Telecommunications Services will be offering virtual training on the Avaya Workplace app. Our customers are inquiring about extending their office number to their remote work site. The Avaya Workplace app is ideal for remote workers. Callers can reach remote staff on any device by calling their work telephone number, and when placing a call the caller party will see their work number and not their mobile number. Updates to Adobe Creative Cloud Access
Beginning June 1, VCU's Enterprise license will include access to Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite for all VCU part-time or full-time students enrolled in at least one credit-bearing course. VCU employees and affiliates who are enrolled as students are also eligible. All other employees should consult with their department about discounted bulk licenses.

Five-Course Culturally Responsive Leadership Certificate Will Start This Fall
In response to VCU's collective commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and the professional development of the VCU community, this fall the School of Education will launch a five-course (15 credit) graduate Certificate in Culturally Responsive Leadership.
