Volunteers Sought for Ultrasound Study
There is a potentially useful technique measuring blood flow on ultrasound as a way to noninvasively identify extremity compartment syndrome (dangerously elevated pressures in arms or legs). VCU's Dept. of Emergency Medicine plans to perform a study to investigate this hypothesis with 25 healthy volunteers. The study will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you are interested in participating, RSVP to the following email address.
