Recreation and Well-Being Power Hour Session One

RecWell Small Group Training Power Hour is a circuit-style six-week class that utilizes strength and cardiovascular training on specialty equipment to improve fitness level, challenge mind and body and most importantly, make fitness fun. Groups are limited to 12 participants. No prior experience is necessary. RecWell trainers can modify all exercises to fit current skill levels, while coaching participants to improve the body's capabilities.

Virtual Reality Gaming for Back Pain

Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18-60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment? If you answered yes to all three you may qualify for our research. What? New, innovative and fun virtual reality games are designed to help people with chronic back pain move and feel better. Where? All appointments, testing and treatments are conducted at VCU. When? Participation in the study involves 24 one-hour appointments scheduled over a 57-week period. Who? Black Love Safe Love

This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Compensation is available.
