Recreation and Well-Being Pick Up and Play
RecWell Pick Up and Play is a new program where students can stop by Cary Street Gym, 101 S. Linden St., to play their favorite activities or learn new ones. Volleyball, dodgeball and basketball will be offered on select Fridays from 4-7 p.m. Activities are monitored by RecWell staff but are not officiated, scheduled or scored. eServices Is Getting a New Look on Aug. 19
VCU's eServices will get a new look and feel for financial aid, student accounting, faculty services, student and personal information, finance, and human resources on Friday, Aug. 19. Updates will include: enhanced functionality that expands and supports VCU's Call Me By My Name initiative, including name of use on class lists for faculty; cleaner and easier navigation; and improved transparency of processes. Users may experience system downtimes between 6-7 pm on Aug. 19 as the upgrade occurs.

Do You Vape?
Individuals between the ages of 18-65 who vape nicotine-containing e-cigarettes are invited to participate in a research study that examines the effects of vaping on eating behavior. Two, three-hour laboratory visits, each with a buffet meal, are required. Compensation is provided. Principal Investigators are Andrew Barnes, Ph.D., Department of Health Behavior and Policy, and Caroline Cobb, Ph.D., Department of Psychology.

Black Love Safe Love
This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Compensation is available.
