Olympic Weightlifting 101: Clean and Snatch will review the principles of overhead ballistic lifts focusing on the snatch. Driving weight overhead challenges your kinetic chains and metabolic conditioning. This one-day event teaches the basics of these exercises and how to perform them safely. Free English Language Course for Refugees/Asylees
