This group is geared for VCU students and alumni who are interested in making positive changes to their drinking and/or substance use by reducing negative consequences or through moderation. This space is designed for participants to reflect on their relationship to substances in a judgment-free zone. Virtual weekly meetings will be held on Thursdays through Aug. 11.
