Mindful Moms Program for Pregnancy

VCU School of Nursing's Mindful Moms Program welcomes those who are 12-26 weeks pregnant to join a free prenatal yoga or education classes during their pregnancy. Mindful Moms is an NIH-funded study seeking to understand how to best enhance mental health and well-being during pregnancy.
