Recovery Scholarship Application

VCU's Rams in Recovery and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services invite any student interested in recovery from substance use and mental disorders to apply for a scholarship. Program requirements include attending one community meeting per month and a weekly seminar with other students in recovery. Applicants must have abstained four-plus months. Do You Vape?

Individuals between the ages of 18-65 who vape nicotine-containing e-cigarettes are invited to participate in a research study that examines the effects of vaping on eating behavior. Two, three-hour, laboratory visits, each with a buffet meal, are required. Compensation is provided. Principal investigators are Andrew Barnes, Ph.D., Department of Health Behavior and Policy, and Caroline Cobb, Ph.D., Department of Psychology.

Black Love Safe Love

This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identify as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Compensation is available.
