Hosted by VCU Technology Services, the fair is free to students, faculty and staff. VCU Technology Services staff will be available to answer questions and showcase technologies. Enjoy hands-on demonstrations and Q&A from university vendors who provide services to the VCU community, free bag lunches (while they last) and giveaways. The Last Turtlemen of the Caribbean: Greer Lecture in Latin American History

The VCU History Department will present a webinar, "The Last Turtlemen of the Caribbean." Tracing the lives, labor and mobilities of Caymanian turtle fishers from the 1880s to the 1970s, Sharika Crawford, Ph.D., will discuss the entangled demise of sea turtle populations and Caymanian turtle fishermen in the Caribbean. This online event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by Harold and Laura Greer. Registration is required.

Connect Through Traditional Music From Mexico

Green Zone Training

Spring Homecoming at VCU
VCU Homecoming is returning to the spring during the week of Feb. 12-18, 2023. VCU Homecoming will feature Ram Jam, Reign of the Rams, Ram Rally and a tailgate. The week will culminate with a celebration at the VCU men's basketball game as the Rams take on Fordham on Saturday, Feb. 18 at the Siegel Center. Smoking Reduction Study for African American Menthol Smokers
Adults who smoke menthol cigarettes and identify as Black/African American are invited to participate in a study that involves electronic cigarette use for six weeks to reduce their smoking. Participants must be willing to visit the study site, receive phone calls and respond to texts/surveys. Compensation will be provided. Register at the following URL.
