New LiveSafe App Feature: Safety Concern

There's a new tip option for LiveSafe app users, “Safety Concern.” VCU Police will use tips submitted in this category to crowd source locations where community members may feel less safe on VCU's campuses. VCUPD can move resources to these locations in real time. Anyone can download the LiveSafe app, or use LiveSafe in the VCU Mobile app, to send in tips, photos, audio files, videos and screenshots. VCUPD dispatchers monitor tips 24/7.

University Student Health Services offers free flu vaccines to all students on both campuses. The flu vaccine is safe, effective and does not cause the flu. All students are encouraged to get the flu vaccine, especially those at high-risk for flu complications (people with asthma, diabetes or heart disease. Amendment Literary and Art Journal is seeking art and literature of any medium for its 2022 publication. This publication is themed around joy, resistance and dreams of a better world. Black Love Safe Love

This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Compensation is available.
