RamBikes Tiny Parks Tour

This RecWell small group circuit-style class utilizes strength and cardiovascular training on specialty equipment to improve fitness level, challenge the mind and body and make fitness fun. Chili Chefs Needed for Annual Fundraising Cook-off
VCU Police will host an annual chili cook-off fundraiser to benefit FRIENDS Association for Children on Oct. 28. Chefs are needed and all chili recipes, including turkey, bean-less and vegetarian are welcome. VCU/VCU Health students, faculty, staff, significant others and relatives are welcome as chefs; there is no entry fee for chefs.

Smoking Reduction Study for African American Menthol Smokers
Adults who smoke menthol cigarettes and identify as Black/African American are invited to participate in a study that involves electronic cigarette use for six weeks to reduce their smoking. Participants must be willing to visit the study site, receive phone calls and respond to texts/surveys. Compensation will be provided. Register at the following URL.
