Do We the People Matter? The Constitution, Voting Rights, Individual Rights and Elections

VCU's History Department and the Alexandrian society will host a talk which considers how recent fights about voting rights and elections at the federal and state levels may imperil the people’s voice in the democratic republic. Seminar: Implicit Bias in Health Care

Queer Solstice Supper

The 2022 campaign season has begun and is celebrating 25 years of giving and volunteerism. Free U-locks Still Available for Cyclists
Students, faculty and staff of VCU and VCU Health can pick up a free bicycle U-lock at VCU Police headquarters. VCUPD is located at 224 E. Broad St. along the GRTC Pulse route; vehicle and bike parking is available in the back of the building. Bring a valid VCU ID to receive a free U-lock while supplies last.

Smoking Reduction Study for African American Menthol Smokers
Adults who smoke menthol cigarettes and identify as Black/African American are invited to participate in a study that involves electronic cigarette use for six weeks to reduce their smoking. Participants must be willing to visit the study site, receive phone calls and respond to texts and surveys. Compensation is provided. The Filipino American Heart Health Study
Youssef Roman, Pharm.D., Ph.D., of VCU's School of Pharmacy, is conducting an epidemiological study to assess the prevalence and causes of heart diseases in Filipino Americans. This study is for those who consider themselves Filipino with both biological parents of Filipino heritage. The study is funded by VCU's C. Kenneth and Dianne Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research.
