Recreation and Well-Being OAP Climbing Clinics

Want to become more independent in rock climbing? Learning to belay allows you to climb with a partner and is a fundamental skill for all rock climbers. Outdoor Adventure Program staff will teach best practices for belaying and answer questions about climbing in the Cary St. Gym, 101 S. Linden St. Clinics are held every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. Registration is encouraged and walk-ins are welcome. OAP also offers Gym to Crag, Climbing Technique and Sport Climbing clinics.

Research Study: Body Image, Eating and Wellness Among South Asian Women (Part 2)

Are you a South Asian woman between the ages of 18 and 30? If so, you are invited to participate in a research study at VCU. Researchers in VCU’s Department of Psychology are interested in learning more about eating and wellness in the South Asian community. Black Love Safe Love

This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Amazon gift card compensation is available. Participation in this research study is voluntary.
