Fall 2022 Final Grades Due Today at Noon

Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon today, Dec. 21, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative to meet this deadline to complete all end-of-the-semester processes prior to the winter closure. Faculty may choose to use the feature to upload grades from an Excel file into eServices. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned.

Mail Services December Hours

Mail Services will be open Thursday, Dec. 22 and Tuesday-Thursday, Dec. 27-29 from 10 a.m.-noon on the Monroe Park Campus, 8 a.m.-noon at the VMI Building Drop Box (1000 E. Marshall St., Second Floor) and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Main Processing Center (1622 Ownby Lane). Departments receiving pickup and delivery services must contact Mail Services in writing or by email to request services during the winter closing. Otherwise, mail deliveries will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023. See the "Special Hours of Operation" memo for more information.

CGIU Deadline Extended to Dec. 23

The application deadline for the Clinton Global Initiative University has been extended from Dec. 16 to Friday, Dec. 23. Join a global community of emerging leaders who are turning their ideas into action. VCU will help with travel assistance to the annual meeting at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign

The 2022 campaign season, now celebrating 25 years of giving and volunteerism, will conclude for the year on Dec. 31. CVC is the only annual workplace giving program for the Commonwealth’s workforce and offers employees approximately 700-plus screened charities to support. Do You Vape Electronic Cigarettes?

Individuals who vape/use electronic cigarettes daily are needed to participate in a research study that requires multiple laboratory visits. Compensation may be provided. This study will be conducted at VCU. Principal investigator is Alison Breland, Ph.D., Department of Psychology.

Are You Stressed? Participate in a Stress Reduction Study

The VCU Wellbeing Lab invites you to participate in a research study on two stress reduction programs for undergraduate students.
