VCU Baseball: Faculty/Staff Appreciation Series
Friday, Mar. 10, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
VCU faculty and staff, come and cheer for the Rams as they take on Cornell University in three games at the Diamond, 3001 N. Arthur Ashe Blvd. The first 25 university faculty and staff members to arrive will receive free tickets to the game for up to four people. Thereafter, tickets will be $5 for each faculty and staff member. The promotion is valid for games at 3 p.m. Friday (March 10), 2 p.m. Saturday (March 11) and 1 p.m. Sunday (March 12).

Introduction to Logic Models for Research and Program Evaluation

Women's Health Research Day

VCU's Institute for Women's Health will host the 17th Annual Women's Health Research Day. This year's plenary symposium is titled Health Equity for Maternal Child Wellness. Researchers at all levels are invited to submit poster abstracts in any research area that focuses on women’s health or sex/gender differences. Abstract deadline has been extended to March 17. VCU Career Services’ Suit Yourself Closet is seeking donations of gently used professional clothing to help students not only dress to impress, but dress to express. Collection boxes will be available March 13-31. Drop donations off Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at all Career Services offices and additional MCV campus locations (in partnership with Women in Science). Black Love Safe Love
This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Amazon gift card compensation is available. Participation in this research study is voluntary.
