Mindful Moms Program for Pregnancy

VCU School of Nursing's Mindful Moms Program, which offers free prenatal yoga or education classes, is geared for those who are 12-26 weeks pregnant. Mindful Moms is an NIH-funded study seeking to understand how to best enhance mental health and well-being during pregnancy. The program is for hose who are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. Recreation and Well-Being First Aid, CPR and AED Training - Blended Learning

RecWell offers the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with an certificate valid for two years.

Mapping the Life Course of Adoption Project

Are you 18 or older and adopted from foster care, privately or internationally in the United States? You may be eligible to participate in a project to understand how adoptees are aging and the nature of adoptee spaces/ groups.
