Recreation and Well-Being Ram Power Challenge To Be Sunday, Jan. 29

RecWell’s Ram Power Challenge event will provide the opportunity for participants to explore their physical strength by completing power lifts, squats, bench presses and deadlifts. RecWell certified personal trainers and fitness floor attendants will guide participants through each exercise. After learning the basics each participant will have two chances to test their strength on each lift. Register by Friday, Jan. 27 at the following URL.

Do You Smoke Tobacco Cigarettes?

Individuals who smoke tobacco cigarettes daily are needed to participate in a research study that requires multiple laboratory visits. Compensation may be available. This study will be conducted at VCU. The principal investigator is Alison Breland, Ph.D., Department of Psychology.
