'BRIDGES 2024' Informational Session

VCU's Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will present an informational session about "BRIDGES 2024" at the Math Exchange, 940 W. Grace St. "BRIDGES 2024," an international conference on mathematical connections in art, music and culture, will be held in Richmond in 2024. 'ROUGH CUT'

VCUarts Dance and Choreography will present the annual screening of "ROUGH CUT," a showcase featuring movement-based student films from across VCUarts. Apply by Jan. 30 for NASA's Summer Undergraduate Internship
NASA has collaborated with VCU's Rice Rivers Center and Hampton University to bring its Student Airborne Research Program to the East Coast. Current undergraduate juniors (rising seniors) are invited to apply to participate in a paid eight-week summer 2023 internship program that will run June through August. Rice Rivers Center will be one of the regional locations for site operations. The program will focus on Earth Systems Science using research aircraft, drones and satellites to collect environmental data for remote sensing analyses. Questions: Email nasasarp@baeri.org. VCU English Book Drive
The VCU English Department will host a book drive from today, Jan. 30 through Friday, Feb. 3 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. each day. Books of any genre can be donated in the main office, Room 306, Hibbs Hall, 900 Park Ave. Books will be used to replenish the free little library in the student study center.

Black Love Safe Love
This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age. The study requires participation in a 120-minute session and completion of a questionnaire. Amazon gift card compensation is available. Participation in this research study is voluntary.
