Avaya Workplace and MyE911 Apps

In the coming months VCU Telecommunications Services will offer virtual training on the Avaya Workplace and MyE911 apps, which allows customers to extend their office number to their remote work site. The Avaya Workplace app is ideal for remote workers. Callers can reach remote workers on any device by calling their work telephone number, and when placing a call the caller party will see their work number and not their mobile number. The sessions are open to all VCU and VCU Health.

First Aid, CPR and AED Training - Blended Learning
RecWell offers the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with an certificate valid for two years. Call for Student Posters: Symposium on Sustainable Energy and Environment
The Institute for Sustainable Energy and Environment invites students and post-docs to submit poster abstracts (maximum 150 words) on topics related to sustainable energy and environment. Posters will be presented and displayed at the ISEE Symposium Student Poster Session, April 26-28. Proposals addressing a wide range of topics are welcome, including renewable energy, climate change and adaptation, environmental policy, sustainable transportation and circular economy.

The VCU Psychology Department is recruiting participants between the ages of 25-65 for a study about attitudes/behavior regarding meat consumption.
