Upcoming Campus Traffic Closures May 18-19 - Updated
Through Friday, May 19, multiple streets around the Monroe Park Campus (between Belvidere and Harrison) will be closed as the city installs speed tables in the area. The affected streets will be: today, Thursday, May 18, West Grace between Laurel and Shafer, between Shafer and Harrison and between Harrison and Ryland; and Friday, May 19, West Franklin between Shafer and Laurel and between Harrison and Shafer. Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides participants into a state of deep relaxation while enveloped in ambient sound. Waves of soothing, echoing sound from crystal bowls, gong and various instruments assist the mind and body with stress and fatigue. This is an in-person session in Monroe Park.
