RecWell will offer the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with a certificate valid for two years. The class will be taught at the Cary Street Gym, 101 S. Linden St. Register at the following URL by June 16.

This class is open to individuals who are new to the aquatic environment and to those who want to become more independent in the water.
