In-Person HRPP Transformation Training for the Research Community
Tuesday, Jul. 18, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Learn how to use the Human Research Protection Program Took Kit and the new procedures and processes for IRB submissions at an in-person and online training session. This training, which will be held in the Founders Conference room, 800 E. Leigh St., is designed for those within the VCU research community. Lunch will be provided to those who attend in-person. Recreation and Well-Being First Aid, CPR and AED Training - Blended Learning
Saturday, Jul. 22, 2023 at 9 a.m.
RecWell will offer the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with a certificate valid for two years. The class will be taught at the Cary Street Gym, 101 S. Linden St. Register at the following URL by July 14.
