This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with a certificate valid for two years. Mindful Moms Program for Pregnancy

VCU School of Nursing's Mindful Moms Program welcomes those who are 12-26 weeks pregnant to join the school's free prenatal yoga or education classes during their pregnancy. Mindful Moms is an NIH-funded study seeking to understand how to best enhance mental health and well-being during pregnancy. The school welcomes those who are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. Move-In Volunteers Needed
