VCU Police Adjust Patrols for End of Daylight Saving Time

Daylight saving time concluded Sunday, Nov. 5, which pushed back clocks in Virginia by one hour. To accommodate this seasonal change with earlier sunsets, VCU Police has increased patrols around VCU parking decks and lots on both campuses during the evening rush hours from 5 to 7 p.m. throughout November. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians are reminded to be aware of their surroundings and use caution while traveling, especially when outdoor visibility is reduced during this seasonal change.
