Recreation and Well-Being Group Exercise: Les Mills Body Pump Instructor Training
RecWell’s Group Exercise Program is offering a Les Mills BodyPump Instructor Training Course. Learn how to safely and effectively teach BodyPump. Program dates are Saturday, Aug. 19, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The program is open to VCU students and RecWell members. Register at the following URL.
