Recreation and Well-Being Group Exercise Les Mills Launch Week

RecWell’s Group Exercise program will present Les Mills Launch Week Tuesday, Oct. 24 to Thursday, Oct. 26. Participants will experience the latest versions of Les Mills group exercise formats. New music and routines from Les Mills GRIT and BodyPump will be offered multiple times throughout the week. Cary Street Gym To Open Late on Oct. 20

The Cary Street Gym, 101 S. Linden St., will open at 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 20. The facility will be closed from 5:45-9 a.m. for planned maintenance that requires the water to be shut off to the entire facility. The MCV Campus Recreation Center will be open during this time.

Fall Midterm Grades Available Now

The VCU Wellbeing Lab invites you to participate in a research study on two stress reduction programs for undergraduate students.
