Recreation and Well-Being First Aid/CPR/AED Certifications November-December

The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course is open for VCU students and RecWell members looking to learn how to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. Participants will earn a certificate that satisfies OSHA requirements for workplace First Aid/CPR/AED training. Class dates are Nov. 4, Nov. 18, Nov. 29, Dec. 2 and Dec. 6. Applications Due Nov. 1 for 2024-25 HRC Residential Fellowships

The Humanities Research Center invites applications for faculty residential fellowships for the 2024-25 academic year. Selected residential fellows will receive release from teaching responsibilities for one semester so they can focus on individual research projects in the humanities, and at the same time engage regularly with each other.
