The VCUarts Department of Interior Design will host Johan Granberg, VCUarts Qatar, for a screening of his latest film, "The Bamboo Dialogues" in the theater of the University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave. The sequel to 2019’s “Bamboo - the Tradition of the Future,” the new documentary seeks to answer the questions: What is bamboo and why are we not using more of it in contemporary design and engineering? Granberg will participate in a Q&A from 11:50 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Snacks will be included.
