The purpose of this research study is to find out how ethanol (alcohol)-containing e-cigarettes impact ethanol breath tests, field sobriety tests, and other tests of sobriety. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effect of PTSD symptoms on blood vessel function during acute exercise and following exercise training.
