Join the Students Fighting Human Trafficking and Impact Virginia for the sixth annual Medical Symposium on Human Trafficking. This week-long event will take place through Thursday, Jan. 11 at the VCU School of Medicine's James W. and Frances G. McGlothlin Medical Education Center, 1201 E. Marshall St. Each day will include speakers who will discuss issues related to human trafficking.

This is a slower 30-minute practice, brought to you virtually by VCU HR and VCU RecWell, that focuses on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built-up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles and increase long-term flexibility. No equipment is requirements, though a yoga mat is recommended. Exploring the Self: Cultivating a Well-Being Routine

Exploring Parenting and Race: VCU's AYA Research Team Needs You
Be part of VCU's AYA Research Team's ongoing study of race-conscious parenting with expecting Black parents and those raising Black children (ages 1-5). Explore how racial factors shape parenting through five interviews every six months, involving both parents and brief check-in questionnaires.
