Wright Center Announces Translational Science Pilot Grants

VCU's Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research is accepting applications for its translational science pilot grants. These grants support innovative projects focused on making research faster, more efficient and with more impact. The deadline for the next cycle of grant applications has been extended to Monday, Jan. 29. Applicants are strongly encouraged to share their specific aims with the program administrators prior to preparing a complete proposal.

Recreation and Well-Being Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons

Adult intermediate swim lessons are intended for adults with basic swimming skills to learn and improve strokes and techniques. Participants should be comfortable supporting themselves in deep water before participating in this class. The program runs Tuesdays, 8-8:50 a.m., Jan. 16-April 30. Register by Jan. 12 at noon.
