VCU’s DUO Authentication Change on March 18

On Monday, March 18, VCU customers will see a change in how they sign into the Central Authentication Service (CAS) and Microsoft platforms using the DUO application. On this date, VCU will implement the new DUO Security Universal Prompt with Verified Push. Recreation and Well-Being Women+ on Weights

RecWell’s Women+ on Weights for Weights Spring Session 2 is open to women and individuals who are nonbinary and/or gender nonconforming who are looking to learn foundational methods of resistance training and workout design. Learn how to use strength machines, resistance bands, cable stacks and free weights. Build knowledge of proper technique and progressions, as well as confidence in the weight room. Recreation and Well-Being Water Safety Instructor Training

This course will prepare participants to plan and teach courses within the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program. Courses include preschool aquatics, learn-to-swim, preschool aquatics and safety training for swim coaches.
