Updated Requirements for Part-Time Employee Parking Permit

Employees who now make $19 or less hourly and work less than 29 hours per week but are not full-time students qualify for the part-time rate (other regulations apply). Rates are adjusted in line with State of Virginia salary increases. Note: Students working hourly roles at VCU are not eligible for faculty/staff parking permits. Those who hold a dual status as a part-time student and part-time employee are handled on a case-by-case basis.
