Parking Deck Subscribers To Relocate During Graduations
Upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking. Through Friday, May 24, all West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to the West Cary Street Deck, located at 1101 W. Cary St.; Jefferson Street Deck, located at 100 S. Jefferson St.; West Main Street Deck, located at 801 W. Main St.; or Henry Street Deck-East, located at 201 Henry St.
A dedicated shuttle service will be provided by Parking and Transportation through Friday, May 24 to transport subscribers to and from on-campus locations. RamSafe shuttles will run continuously to and from the West Cary Street Deck, Harrison and Franklin streets, Franklin and Laurel streets, and Shafer and Franklin streets during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If a VCU parking subscriber needs transportation between the hours of 6:31 p.m. and 6:29 a.m., they can place a ride request through the RamSafe using the Ride Pingo app.
Reciprocal parking will not be permitted on the West Broad Street Deck through Friday, May 24. MCV Campus subscribers may park on the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Henry Street Deck or West Main Street Deck.

A Panel With Early Career Psychologists: Things to Do and Consider

American Psychological Association Division 38 and VCU Health Psychology Didactic Series will present a panel with early psychologists in the White House basement, Room B001, 806 W. Franklin St. Graduate and undergraduate students who attend this event will have the opportunity to learn about APA Division 38 and hear from clinical health psychologists about their career paths.

An Introduction to Suicide Prevention for the Black Community
Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This presentation covers what we know about mental health and suicide, the most up-to-date research on prevention and what we can all do to help save lives. Participants will learn common risk factors and warning signs in Black and African American communities, as well as how to keep ourselves, our loved ones and those in our community safe. This presentation was developed by suicide prevention experts from the Black community and is intended for audiences that identify as Black or African American. This is a hands-on experience. Attend Experienced Supervisors Institute, a Professional Development Course

VCU Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute's Experienced Supervisors Institute is open for registration until Nov. 1. This three-day course, Nov. 6-8, will help participants build the necessary competencies to move beyond the role of a managing supervisor and become an influential leader. ESI focuses on advanced supervision tools and tips and an introspective look at what it takes to succeed in challenging climates. The session will be held at Maymont. Update on 2024 Student Parking Sale Dates
Summer parking permits are now available. Fall housing and 24/7 commuter permits will be available beginning Tuesday, June 25 at 9 a.m. For those commuting to the MCV Campus, commuter permits will go on sale via the parking lottery on Monday, July 15 at 9 a.m., while fall Monroe Park Campus commuter permits will be available starting Tuesday, July 30 at 9 a.m.

Annual Student Organization Re-Registration
Annual student organization re-registration is open through Saturday, June 1.
