Join RecWell Aquatics for a log rolling clinic. Participants will practice balancing and staying atop the log in the pool's shallow end. Enjoy friendly competition and get a workout. RecWell First Aid/CPR/AED September Classes

The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course is open for VCU students, RecWell members, non-member faculty/staff and the Richmond community. Learn how to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. Participants will earn a certificate that satisfies OSHA requirements for workplace First Aid/CPR/AED training in non-health care settings. September class dates are Wednesday, Sept. 18 and Saturday, Sept. 28.

RecWell Yoga Day

The VCU RecWell group exercise team is hosting yoga day on Wednesday, Sept. 18 to celebrate World Gratitude Day. Participants Are Invited for a Study Examining the Effects of E-Cigarettes on Cardiovascular Health

Do you vape? We are seeking participants between 18 to 29 years old who regularly vape to participate in a study investigating the effects of e-cigarettes on cardiovascular health. We are also seeking non-users. Compensation is included.
