Program and Organization Development for Indian Country Webinar

RecWell Adult Beginner Swim Lessons Session Two
RecWell offers adult beginner swim lessons geared for participants who are comfortable in the water but wish to learn basic skills such as floating, treading water and coordination for swimming strokes. Lessons will primarily be taught in shallow water, but participants will practice supporting themselves in deeper water throughout the class. Summer Session Two runs Monday, July 15-Saturday, Aug. 17, Monday/Wednesday, 6:05-7 p.m. at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center, 101 S. Linden St. Register by Friday, July 12 at noon.

RecWell Outdoor Adventure Program Weekly Activities
RecWell’s Outdoor Adventure Program offers free activity clinics including beginners’ whitewater rafting, flat-water standup paddlboarding and whitewater rafting.
