Parking Deck Subscribers To Relocate During Graduations
Upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking. From May 20-24, Monday-Friday, all West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to the West Cary Street Deck, located at 1101 W. Cary St., Jefferson Street Deck, located at 100 S. Jefferson St., West Main Street Deck, located at 801 W. Main St., or Henry Street Deck-East, located at 201 Henry St.
A dedicated shuttle service will be provided by Parking and Transportation from May 20-24 to transport subscribers to and from on-campus locations. RamSafe shuttles will run continuously to and from the West Cary Street Deck, Harrison and Franklin Streets, Franklin and Laurel Streets, and Shafer and Franklin Streets during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If a VCU parking subscriber needs transportation between the hours of 6:31 p.m. and 6:29 a.m., they can place a ride request through the RamSafe using the Ride Pingo app.
Reciprocal parking will not be permitted on the West Broad Street Deck from May 20-24. MCV Campus subscribers may park on the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Henry Street Deck or West Main Street Deck.

Designing Cluster Randomized Trials

Roy Sabo, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Biostatistics, will discuss via Zoom the characteristics of cluster randomized trials, identify situations for which they are appropriate and clarify their benefits, limitations and challenges at the next Whetting Your Appetite for Research seminar. Stop the Bleed Training

As part of a joint Campus Life Safety initiative under VCU Administration, VCU Emergency Management will host two, two-hour-long Stop the Bleed classes on May 23rd at 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Classes will be in Room 5136, Grace E. Harris Hall, 015 Floyd Ave. Stop the Bleed courses are aimed at teaching community members how to render aid in a bleeding emergency.
