Individuals between the ages of 18 and 30 who identify as Black or African American are invited to participate in a research study examining the effect of acute and chronic stress on cardiovascular and inflammation responses to an acute mental challenge. Chemotherapy may impact memory, attention, processing speed, multitasking and problem-solving. We hope to improve our understanding of these difficulties and identify women who are at the most risk for having them. We are seeking healthy female volunteers (35-68 years) free of MRI contraindications. Participation involves two study visits 12-18 months apart. Visits include brain MRI and online assessments.
