RecWell Personal Training Fitness Consultations
RecWell’s fitness consultation is a flexible session for participants to work with a certified personal trainer, ask questions, perform fitness assessments specific to individual goals and develop a fitness program. This 90-minute session is designed for those who might not need full guidance from a trainer, but want to learn more about equipment, progressions or general health status.
