RecWell Personal Training Fitness Consultations

RecWell’s fitness consultation is a flexible session for participants to work with a certified personal trainer, ask questions, perform fitness assessments specific to individual goals and develop a fitness program. This 90-minute session is designed for those who might not need full guidance from a trainer, but want to learn more about equipment, progressions or general health status. Registration Open for Advanced Certificate Of Youth Development Management

This certificate provides training in workforce and positive youth development, specifically designed for professionals across various youth program sectors and services, including health services, out-of-school time programs and early childhood education.
