RecWell Outdoor Adventure High Bridge Bike Ride
RecWell’s Outdoor Adventure Program invites VCU students and RecWell members to close out the summer on Saturday, Aug. 10 with a full day bike ride on the High Bridge Trail near Farmville. The highlight of the trip is the magnificent High Bridge, a historic structure which is more than 2,400 feet long and 125 feet above the Appomattox River. The price includes transportation, equipment and guides. Pack a lunch; food is not included. Register at the following URL by Sunday, Aug. 4.

Family Cultural Exchange Program: Fall Registration is Open
The VCU Family Cultural Exchange program provides Richmond community members and international students and scholars the opportunity to develop cross-cultural relationships that stimulate curiosity, increase cultural understanding and provide insight into a world beyond personal perspectives. Registration Open for Advanced Certificate Of Youth Development Management
This certificate provides training in workforce and positive youth development. It is specifically designed for professionals across various youth program sectors and services, including health services, out-of-school time programs and early childhood education. Participants acquire the knowledge to excel as caregivers, mentors, teachers, health service providers and youth program staff. Sessions will be at the Mary and Frances Youth Center, 120 S.
