The MCV Physicians Distinguished Clinician of the Year Award is the most prestigious award presented by MCVP. The award recognizes clinical excellence among faculty at the VCU Health System. Criteria considered include compassion, clinical effectiveness, efficiency, comprehensiveness, professionalism, availability and responsiveness to patients. Only full-time faculty are eligible. We are currently recruiting participants for a motor learning study. This research is being done to investigate how you learn new movements. You will be asked to complete an MRI scan while wearing an electrode cap and playing a virtual joystick game. You must be right-handed and between the ages of 18 and 40 to participate. Compensation of $20 is available for your participation, and the study takes about one hour.
